An actionable rating system (for music)

Here's how my actionable rating system works for music: 5 stars means: I recommend going to the live concert. (Note that going to a live concert is more hard core than going to a movie.) 4 stars means: I recommend buying the CD. (Note that, I think, people's music libraries should be reasonably larger than their movie or book libraries.) 3 stars means: I recommend borrowing the CD from a friend. 2 stars means: I recommend listening if it's on the radio. 1 star means: I do not recommend listening to this music under any circumstance.
